At Zickt Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for subscriptions to our customer communication platform.
By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Model
Zickt operates on a subscription-based pricing model. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) and provide access to our platform features during the active subscription period.
All subscription fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
2. Free Trial Period
We offer a 30-day free trial period for new users to evaluate our services before being charged. During the free trial:
- Payment information is required at registration, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends
- You have full access to the features included in your selected plan tier
- You may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged
We encourage all prospective customers to take advantage of the free trial to ensure our services meet their needs. If the service is not right for you, simply cancel before the trial period ends to avoid any charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

- Contacting our support team at support@zickt.com
Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will retain full access to all features until the subscription ends
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any previously paid subscription fees except as outlined in this policy.
4. Refund Eligibility
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For new paying subscribers, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first paid subscription. If you are not satisfied with our services within this period, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.
To be eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee:
- The request must be made within 14 days of your first payment
- This is your first time subscribing to a paid Zickt plan
- You have not previously received a refund under this or any other Zickt refund policy
Annual Subscription Refunds
For annual subscriptions, after the 14-day money-back guarantee period:
- Refund requests made within 30 days of payment may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion
- Refund requests made after 30 days of payment are generally not eligible for refunds
- Any prorated refund will be calculated based on the remaining months in your subscription term
Monthly Subscription Refunds
For monthly subscriptions, after the 14-day money-back guarantee period:
- Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable after payment has been processed
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, with access continuing until the end of the billing period
5. Circumstances for Refunds
Eligible Circumstances
Beyond the 14-day money-back guarantee, we may provide refunds at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Service Unavailability: Extended periods of service unavailability (exceeding 24 consecutive hours) not caused by scheduled maintenance
- Duplicate Charges: Accidental duplicate billing for the same subscription period
- Technical Issues: Significant technical problems that prevent you from using core features, where we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
- Unauthorized Charges: Charges made without your authorization (subject to verification)
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after the 14-day money-back guarantee period
- Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal date
- Dissatisfaction with new features or changes to existing features
- Business closure or change in business needs
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension or termination
- Issues caused by third-party integrations, services, or your own systems
- Scheduled maintenance or planned service updates
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include the following information in your request:
- Your registered email address
- Workspace or account name
- Date of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant supporting documentation
- Allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request
We will respond to all refund requests within 5 business days with a decision. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase. We do not provide refunds via alternative payment methods, cash, or credit notes.
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfers: 10-15 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and actual processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
Currency and Fees
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction. Any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences incurred during the original purchase or refund are not our responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
8. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company or bank, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Inability to create new accounts with our service
- Collection activities for any amounts owed
We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly. In most cases, contacting us directly will result in a faster and more satisfactory resolution than the chargeback process.
9. Plan Downgrades
If you wish to downgrade to a less expensive subscription plan, you may do so at any time through your account settings. When downgrading:
- The new pricing will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- No refunds will be provided for the difference between plans for the current billing period
- You will retain access to your current plan features until the end of the billing period
- Features exclusive to your current plan may become unavailable after the downgrade takes effect
10. Account Credits
In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer account credits at our discretion. Account credits:
- Will be applied to your next billing cycle or may be used for future subscription payments
- Cannot be transferred to other accounts or converted to cash
- May have an expiration date, which will be communicated at the time of issue
- Will be forfeited if your account is terminated or cancelled
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. We will notify existing subscribers of material changes to this policy via email at least 14 days before such changes take effect.
Your continued use of our services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the United Kingdom or similar consumer protection laws in other regions.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit such rights.
